Which address should I use?

When you are setting up your account information with PayPal, they will allow you to enter your shipping address.  We only send orders to a confirmed address that is the same as the billing address on your credit card.  Please verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake, or provide insufficient delivery information, UPS will charge an additional delivery fee, which will in turn be passed on to you. Please also provide a street address in addition to a P.O. Box number, even if you normally use a P.O. Box. Some items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box due to weight. You will be informed if your shipment is too heavy to be sent to a P.O. box.

Keep in mind that there are some locations and/or orders that may be subject to slightly additional shipping charges. These include remote/rural locations, some locations on the West coast, Alaska, Hawaii, & military addresses. This may also apply to large, heavy, or oversized Next Day or 2nd Day Air orders. If this applies to your order, you will be notified via e-mail before your order is processed.

When will my order be shipped?

Most shipments are shipped within 10 business days. You will receive an e-mail once we have shipped your order.We strive to send our orders out as soon as possible. You will always receive a personal confirmation of your order with the exact ship date. We send these confirmations when the order has been labeled. How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be sent via United Parcel Service (UPS). UPS shipping days are normal business days, Monday-Friday, and not on holidays.

When will I receive my order?

We always strive to send orders as soon as possible.  Most orders are shipped within 10 business days of the receipt of the order.  Then, UPS ground takes from 5 to 7 working days to deliver the  shipment.  All in all, allow about 3 weeks for your order to arrive after we receive it.
